Prayer Request

My sister has been in and out of the hospital over the last few weeks. She went back over the weekend, and is having surgery tomorrow morning. The surgery is considered "routine" but still, it's scary and the decision to actually have it was not an easy one for her to make.

So, please, think of her tomorrow morning at 9.30am EST, the surgery start time. BTW, she's in Atlanta, and has been known to identify herself on blogs as "Sheree's sister."

Send her good wishes via the comments section, and I'll read them to her tomorrow evening when I talk to her.

Thanks!

Nicole...I know this has been scary and difficult, but you'll make it through this. Whatever happens next, your sister will be there to support you, and I'll be here to support her. Try to be of good cheer, and take this journey one step at a time.

Hey Nicole. You will definitely be in my thoughts and prayers today. I'm sure what you're going through is hella scary and difficult. But, we are all putting positive thoughts into the universe for a successful outcome. Much love "Sheree's Sister"

Sheree and Nicole,

You are both in my prayers and thoughts. I know that this situation generates a lot of stress and anxiety. I hope that you both find ways of experiencing peace throughout the whole process.
Nicole, come north and visit us transplanted Southerners when you are feeling better. Between the two of us and all the Sheree stories we have, we'll be able to get her tickled till she pees her pants!!!

Hi "Little sister"! We haven't met, but some day we will. I know you will pull through this fine. My thoughts and prayers ( in as much as we do that) and those of our family are with you. We wish you a speedy recovery!

Hang in there Sheree's Sister,

Hospitals can be a daunting place, just make sure you're managing your care the entire time you're there. Ask lots of questions... And for those times when you are not able to speak for yourself, make sure there's someone there to speak for you. You have a lot of people praying for you on behalf of your wonderful sister. You'll be fine and we'll all party together one day! So get better soon. Sheree's cousin, Alesia

Nicole,
Today you have the prayers of our family. My four year old and I sing our prayers each night and we will be sure to include you in our bedtime routine. Hope you like "This little light of mine!" We will sing for your light.

Greetings Well Wishers!
You can't know how energizing and uplifting all your prayers and positive karma give me. Recovery can certainly be a daunting task (especially with unexpected surgery). Just knowing there is a chain of support in place and that I can stand on the prayers of others is tremendously embracing.

MANY, MANY THANKS
